SMARTCARD Singapore BEGINS
Re Creations Pte Ltd was incorporated in April 2003 in tandem with the government’s plan to promote easy cashless payment. In addition, it was setup to accelerate the marketing of Stored Value Cards used for payments of Electronic Road Pricing System, Public Buses and MRT trains. Therefore, a SmartCard Singapore website was established for these purposes.
In 2004, SmartCard Singapore became the approved and licensed secure card printer for both NETS Pte Ltd and EZ-Link Pte Ltd. In addition to the personalised EZ Link card and NETS Cashcard printing, it expanded to include packaging, sales and distribution of the NETS FlashPay Cepas Card, NETS Prepaid Card, NETS Motoring Card and the SimplyGo EZ-Link Card. Through the years, Re Creations Pte Ltd has formed co-operative partnerships with numerous market leaders in managing their corporate membership card distribution program.
In 2011, through the collaboration with the People ‘s Association (PA), we have expanded into a full-service mailing solution provider and was tasked to support and maintain the nation-wide People’s Association PAssion Card project, handling card printing and distribution to hundreds of thousands individual members and over 100 community centres & clubs island-wide.

PAssion Cards Project
The PAssion Card is a membership card for the People’s Association. This reward card is also an EZ Link Cepas Card offering members’ not only public transport card usage but also exclusive privileges including courses and promotions via tie-ups with other lifestyle merchants and partners. There are currently over 6 million PAssion EZ-Link card members consisting of youths, working adults, families and senior citizens. We are commissioned to perform the following:
+ secure card printing with name and address.
+ packing of card with welcome letter and discount coupon.
+ lettershopping in ensuring timely delivery.
SingPost SODA Membership Card Project
The SODA membership card was launched by the Singapore Post to recognise stamp collectors and obtain new stamp issues and stamped stationery through home delivery. This reward card offers members privileges at selected restaurants and free product delivery on purchases. We provide the following:
+ individual names card customisation.
+ letter-shopping to members home address.
Our Prestige Partner has chosen us to be their partner in this limited edition Hello Kitty EZ-Link cards. These collectible personalised EZ-Link cards are highly sought after even till this day.
HELLO KITTY EZLINK CARDS
EZ-Link has collaborated with Sanrio to launch the exciting range of Hello Kitty cards and Offering a Classic and Limited Edition range. The Classic range offers timeless designs picked from classic artwork featuring the famous feline and her friends. Both the Classic and Limited Edition range of cards come with their own uniquely designed box and a mobile screen cleaner. An EZ Link and SmartCard initiative to assist in printing the Classic Edition Ezlink card and full letter shopping service for this entire project.
Ezlink Charms
This complete set of lovable EZ-Link Hello Kitty EZ-Charms is the perfect collector’s item and greatly complements our Hello Kitty personalised EZ Link card collection. These well-loved Hello Kitty EZ-Charms work just like your normal EZ-Link cepas cards and can be used in public transport and retail merchants where EZ-Link payments are accepted. This is yet another EZ Link SmartCard initiative to assist them with the following:
+ storage of EZ-Link Charm.
+ pick and pack EZ-Link Charm with different packaging.
+ entire on-demand dropshipping solution.
DC COMICS EZLINK CARD SET
EZ-Link has launched an exclusive limited edition “Special Justice League” thematic card series. The card series comprises of 10 designs featuring DC Comics characters Batman, Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Super Girl, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, The Flash, Green Lantern, Batgirl, Catwoman, Batman, Robin and The Joker. EZ-Link has appointed our company to be their storage, pick and pack partners for this entire project.
SG ENABLE EZLINK CARD SET
The Public Transport concession for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) was announced in January 2014 where PWDs will enjoy 25% discount off adult fares and will not have to pay additional fares for distances beyond 7.2km. On top of this, PWDs can opt to buy a Monthly Concession Pass with unlimited bus and train rides at $60 per month. We are proud to announce EZ Link and SmartCard in handling the printing of the EZ Link concession cards and the full letter shopping service for this special project.
